I’m Dr. Steve Rossi, an educator, executive function coach, and strategic consultant with more than 15 years of experience across public, private, and higher education settings. I hold a Doctorate in Education and a Master’s degree in Organic Chemistry, giving me a unique blend of analytical thinking, leadership, and human-centered problem solving.

I've spent my career at the intersection of education, leadership, and strategy, working with individuals, organizations, and institutions to unlock potential that was already there, waiting for the right structure to support it.

That work took me across corporate boardrooms, classrooms, community organizations, and coaching sessions. Every setting was different. The need was always the same: people and organizations with real goals who needed a clear, confident path forward.

RedFrame was born from that experience. The name reflects the way I approach every engagement, redrawing the frame around a challenge until the solution comes into focus. Whether it's a student navigating a critical transition, a leader building a stronger team, or an organization trying to close the gap between vision and reality, I bring the same energy, the same rigor, and the same commitment to every room.
